1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, downloading content, or submitting listings to GTA 6 Directory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Modding Safety & Fair Play Policy
All modifications, trainers, handling files, and textures hosted or linked on this directory are intended strictly for single-player story mode or dedicated, privately-hosted multiplayer servers (such as FiveM and SixM). Modifying or tampering with official Rockstar Games online multiplayer services is strictly prohibited and violates publisher policies.
3. Creator Uploads & Intellectual Property
Creators retain full intellectual property rights to their custom work. By uploading a listing, you grant GTA 6 Directory a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, thumbnail, and index the listing. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses for the files you submit, and that your uploads do not contain viruses, trojans, backdoors, or malicious code.
4. Paid Assets & Refund Policy
Purchases of premium mod packages or server utilities through creator storefronts are backed by our 24-hour verification policy. If a purchased file is corrupt, non-functional, or fundamentally misrepresented by the author, users may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support.
5. Account Termination & Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any listing, post, comment, or terminate user accounts that violate our community standards, distribute pirated software, or engage in abusive behavior.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All scripts, tools, presets, and server coordinates are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. GTA 6 Directory shall not be liable for any software conflicts, save game corruptions, or server downtime resulting from the use of third-party modifications.
